Chairman Office Manager - Real Estate

  • Managing all the administrative task for the Chairman office
  • Support the Chairman primarily and provide additional support to executive team members, as directed, to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and that operations run efficiently
  • Manage the day-to-day time scheduling and appointments
  • Drafting and writing high quality reports and presentations, as required by the Chairman.
  • Communicating important updates and information to Office as required by Chairman..
  • Attending all the board and non-board meetings and taking MOM.
  • Organize Board meetings & events and engage members effectively in internal/external communication.
  • Manage communication with employees by liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks.
  • Creates highly effective organizational and filing systems, including quick and thorough indexing, filing, resulting in easy access to critical information and stream lined office functioning.
  • Following-up on the managers/ heads of department tasks.
     

Proven work experience as a senior administrative assistant, virtual assistant or executive administrative assistantIn-depth understanding of office management and daily operationsHands on experience with MS OfficeWorking knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machinesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational and time-management skillsFlexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challengesAbility to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees
