Role Description

1. Identify New Business Opportunities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities in the Perfume sector, in GULF.
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines market trends, locally and internationally, client needs, and competitor activities to develop a comprehensive business development strategy.
  • Identify and evaluate potential projects, partnerships, and investment opportunities that align with the company's goals.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customer's needs and coordinate with Marketing Manager.

2. Develop and Execute Business Development Plans.

  • Create and implement strategic business development plans to achieve growth targets in GULF, Globally, and present them to the company's senior management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative solutions and proposals for potential projects.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and financial analysis to assess the viability of new business opportunities.
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
  • Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople.
  • Responsible for inventory & follow-up Logistics Team.
