- Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the CEO, ensuring optimal time management and efficiency.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Draft, review, and manage correspondence and communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings. Ensure all necessary materials are prepared and distributed in advance.
- Office Management: Maintain and organize files, documents, and records. Oversee the daily administrative operations and support other team members as needed.
Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.Language: Very good up to fluent English speaker.
