• Support merchants requests to be accepted
• Engage with Onground sales teams to provide required information or support, offer prompt resolutions to queries or challenges, and direct teams to the appropriate resources or departments for further assistance or expertise.
• Engage with suppliers and customers as necessary; request missing information and promptly respond to inquiries, ensuring effective communication and satisfactory resolution of queries.
• Investigation of Failed Deliveries with Root cause analysis
• Calling the merchants and confirming all the orders
• Weekly visits to the Merchants & suppliers
• Run reports, analyze data, and troubleshoot issues as needed
• Ability to work through a daily task list, and monitor emails daily to update different types of data throughout the day

-Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field.-Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a support or administrative and operations role.-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.-Excellent in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
