- Order Processing and Management:-
- Process customer sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate order records and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Communicate any order discrepancies or issues to the sales team and customer promptly.
2. Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
- Collect and analyze sales data to generate accurate sales forecasts.
- Monitor sales performance against targets and identify any potential trends or areas requiring attention.
- Prepare regular sales reports for the sales team and management.
3. Other Tasks:
- Prepare and maintain sales pipeline reports.
- Analyze sales trends and identify areas for improvement.
· Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a sales operations role or a related field.· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.· Proficient in English. (Required)· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).· Experience with ERP systems.· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.· Strong organizational and time management skills.
