- Monitoring and maintaining local networks and servers.
- Administrate center, local hosts, DC, ADC, DNS, and DHCP.
- Implementing Anti-virus protocols to prevent potential threats {Kaspersky}.
- Escalate critical issues/bugs to necessary parties including IT, Application Support, and developers for resolution.
- Implement firewall rules and policies {SophosXG firewall}.
- Install and configure new servers, workstations, and other IT requests.
- Research various problems to provide appropriate responses to end users, ability to perform basic troubleshooting, and assist users through simple procedures.
- Duties include information assurance, general application support/installation, system troubleshooting, and other system/user support duties.
- Manage data/systems backup, migration, and disaster recovery.
- At least one year experience in a similar role.- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, etc.- Able to work in an environment using cloud systems.- Applicable professional qualification, such as Microsoft, Oracle, or Cisco.- Solid knowledge of Linux Redhat 1&2.- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills.- preferred working in a software house - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
