Work experience as a Recruiter or similar HR roleExperience in advertising and hiring for entry-level roles is a plusKnowledge of various candidate evaluation techniques, including group interviewsHands-on experience with resume databases and Applicant Tracking SystemsFamiliarity with social media sourcingUnderstanding of labor legislation, particularly regarding internshipsGood networking abilitiesBSc degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or relevant field
