Job Description:
The Talent Management Lead will play a pivotal role in driving talent initiatives within our leading FMCG client. You will be responsible for developing and executing talent management strategies that align with the organization's goals, enhance employee engagement, and foster a culture of continuous development.
This position involves close collaboration with senior leadership to ensure talent alignment with business strategy, utilizing data analytics for informed decision-making, and implementing innovative talent management practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent management strategies
- Foster a high-performance culture through talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives
- Leverage data analytics to identify talent trends, assess organizational capability, and drive decisions
- Partner with HR and business leaders to define talent needs and align talent initiatives with business goals
- Design and deliver training programs that support employee growth and capability building
- Evaluate the effectiveness of talent programs and continuously improve based on feedback and metrics
- Lead talent assessment processes to identify high-potential employees and succession planning
- Act as a trusted advisor to management on talent-related issues
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to keep talent strategies current and effective
Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in talent management or organizational development, preferably within the FMCG sector
- Strong understanding of talent management principals, performance management, and employee development
- Experience with data analysis and using metrics to drive talent decisions
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
