What you will be doing:
• Coordinate between teams and managing schedules, filing important document and communicating relevant information.
• Store and sort data in electronic form and reports.
• Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
• Record meeting minutes and follow up with action plans.
• Build strong working relationship with teams by organizing efficient communication and following up with deadlines and pertinent information.
• Provide administrative support, including calendar management (scheduling,
prioritizing, resolving conflicts, etc.), office management, archiving, documentation and any other admin related tasks.
Who are you:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent.
• Strong time management skills and multitasking ability.
• Superb written and verbal communication Skills.
• Computer proficiency, attention to detail and communication.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft word and excel, and adobe acrobat.
• Adaptability, problem solving and organization.
• English proficiency is a must.
