Role Purpose

Vodafone Cash Marketing Specialist is responsible for looking after product KPI’s in terms acquisitions, market penetration, stretching ARPU, and customer retention and dormancy.

Role Profile

•    Product Ownership: Take full responsibility for the product lifecycle, from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals
•    Proposition Development: Lead the brainstorming process to develop new product propositions and promotions for Vodafone Cash, ensuring they meet customer needs and market demand
•    Stakeholder Alignment: Work closely with different functions in Vodafone to align on product propositions, business cases and GTM elements Ensure all decisions are in line with broader company objectives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution
•    Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison between various stakeholders, including tech teams, regulatory teams, marketing communications, Customer Value Management, Insights, and Marketing Research
•    Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor product performance, including user engagement, transaction volume, and revenue Use insights to refine strategies and drive growth
•    Agile Environment: Operate within an agile framework, contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and iterative development processes

Competencies and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or product management role
  • Experience with data analysis
  • Proven track record of successful product ownership and GTM execution
  • Solid Knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel & PowerPoint
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and make data driven decisions
  • Marketing Expertise: In-depth understanding of marketing principles, including proposition development, GTM strategies, and customer engagement
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels This including effectively presentations with Microsoft Office
  • Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration across teams
  • Agile Methodology: Experience working in an agile environment is a plus, with an understanding of sprint planning, iterative development, and cross-functional team collaboration
