- Greet and assist office visitors.
- Answer telephones, transfer calls, and take messages.
- Book meetings and keep our scheduling system up to date.
- Organize files, documents, invoices, and incoming mails.
- Prepare the conference room for video conferences and in-person meetings.
- Order office supplies from vendors.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
Age not more than 26 years old.Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar roleProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteHands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)Professional attitude and appearanceSolid written and verbal communication skillsAbility to be resourceful and proactive when issues ariseExcellent organizational skillsMultitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasksCustomer service attitudeHigh school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
