The Architect will oversee the planning, design, and development of building projects. This includes working with clients to understand their requirements, creating detailed designs using computer-aided design (CAD) software, and coordinating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals. The Architect ensures that the project complies with regulations, is feasible within budget constraints, and meets both aesthetic and functional objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Meet with clients to discuss design requirements and project objectives.
• Prepare and present detailed architectural designs, plans, and drawings using CAD software.
• Develop cost estimates, budgets, and timelines for projects.
• Ensure that designs comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders during the construction phase.
• Oversee the construction process to ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Modify plans and designs based on client feedback and site conditions.
• Prepare and submit planning applications, and obtain permits and approvals from local authorities.
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and address any issues.
• Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
