Location: Maadi, Cairo
Salary Range: EGP 7,000 for entry-level candidates – 15,000 (based on experience)

Job Overview:
The Customer Care Representative will interact with existing and potential customers to provide support and enhance their experience with 51Talk’s English learning programs. This role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction with the company's services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with inquiries about English education services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Provide detailed information about the company’s programs and offerings.
  • Monitor and report on customer feedback to improve service quality.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on customer referrals and leads.

 

Working Hours:
Sunday to Thursday (12:00 PM - 9:00 PM)
Saturday (12:00 PM - 4:00 PM)


 B1/B2 English level, capable of communicating effectively with regional managers.1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in e-learning, insurance, or related services.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Proven ability to manage customer relationships and resolve issues.Cairo resident, able to work full-time on-site in Maadi.
