Job Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative role, preferably within an architectural firm.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in office productivity software (e.g., MS Office, Google Suite) and familiarity with project management tools.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work output.
Knowledge of administrative and HR processes, including document control, travel coordination, and basic financial management.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Proactive and resourceful problem-solving skills.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Very Good command of English. Knowledge of German or Spanish are plus.
