Responsible for costing every production stage of the company product.Analysis the cost for each product to its main cost items.Responsible for all ERP cost entries.Reviewing all store adding and move orders and validating that the move orders in the correct cost center.Monthly cost reportMonthly production & inventory costWorks with Site to review and analyze budget performance to include a review of actual and budgeted expenses (monthly).Analyzes and costs sites work orders following the company’s costing system.Prepares the monthly cost of sales figures by analyzing material, labor, and expenses.Analyzes variances from cost estimates.Prepare, examine, and analyze monthly cost statements for every profit/cost center.Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.Conduct periodic cost studies to develop the standard cost of projects.Apply cost accounting principles to provide detailed cost information not supplied by the general accounting systems.Participate in month/year end closing.Generate cost control reports for specific items in the company’s projects and reporting (monthly).Prepare, examine, and analyze monthly cost statements for every profit/cost center.Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.
