Job Description:

 We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and fostering long-term business relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients and new 

market opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.


Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and presenting tailored software solutions.


Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets and expand our customer base.


Proposal Preparation: Prepare and present detailed proposals, quotes, and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our software solutions.

Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions for both the client and the company.


Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and customer needs, and use this information to inform sales strategies and product development.


Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive approach to business development and client satisfaction.


Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system, and provide regular reports to the management team.


Qualifications:


2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the software industry.


Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.


Strong understanding of software solutions and technology trends.


Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.


Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.


Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.


Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
