Job Details:

- Full Time Job

- Location: New Cairo

- Salary 20k LE

- English Language is a must (Speaking & Writing)

- Must Have an experience in Agriculture field

- Experience 3 years at least

Responsibilities:

- Generally being the single HR point of entry for employees within their scope.

- Support farm managers and their managers in understanding human issues and developing their teams.

- Address all daily HR issues, relying on the technical expertise of central HR services such as payroll, HR administration, HR development, etc.

- Manage recruitment processes.

- Propose and organize necessary training to support business growth.

- Lead performance reviews, talent reviews, and succession planning.

- Manage and negotiate individual employee exits.

- Implement HR processes locally.

- Participate in international HR projects within the group.

- Provide daily support in individual and collective HR management within their scope (recruitment, mobility, labor law, etc.).

- Handle all aspects related to social affairs: employee representative bodies, social activities, labor inspections.

- Advise managers in their relations with social partners.

- Support the company in its change policies.

- Assist managers in managing relationships with their teams.

- Oversee personnel administration and secure HR processes: compliance with labor regulations and legal obligations, social dashboards, and HR information systems.

- Carry out HR development missions: recruitment policy, compensation management, and skill development.
