Job Description:

As a Fashion Planning Specialist at Sigma Fit, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and communicating with all production departments to ensure a smooth operation cycle in the realm of fashion, garments, and textiles. You will utilize your expertise in textile planning to optimize production processes and enhance efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement production plans to meet quality and quantity targets.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure alignment on textile specifications.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to maintain adequate stock.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for process improvement.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Conduct regular production meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Utilize ERP systems, preferably OODO, to track production schedules and performance.
• Optimize production workflows to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and production deadlines.
• Provide training and guidance to production teams on textile planning best practices.

·       Perform any other related job duties as requested by direct manager.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in garment planning or production management.
• Demonstrated success in optimizing production processes and meeting production targets.
• Experience in coordinating with multiple departments and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with industry best practices and trends in garment planning and production.
• Proven track record of implementing process improvements and achieving cost savings.

·       Action-oriented, decisive approach to work required, with the willingness to take a hands-on role to ensure deliverables are met on time.

• Strong knowledge of textile production processes and industry standards.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
• Detail-oriented approach with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, able to work within team/independently and thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, high productivity environment.
