Responsibilities
- · Operates as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to the assigned project.
- · Identify opportunities to increase sales of the existing services.
- · Present a weekly communication plan and action plan for each project.
- · Arrange meetings with the related people for important announcements, personnel changes or presentations in case of added scope.
- · Manage the client’s expectations, in coordination with the project leader/ operations manager.
- · Work to resolve all issues raised during the service delivery process, and assist escalations as needed.
- · Provide presentations on expansion of scope of services to the client upon request.
- · Follow up with the client regarding the overdue invoices.
- Undertake accounts administrative tasks.
- Negotiate with the current clients regarding the contract’s renewal and escalations.
- Negotiate with the new clients regarding the contract terms.
- · Perform other job-related duties as necessary or assigned.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree of Engineering.
- 2-4 year's of experience
- Must have a car and a valid driving license.
