Job Description:


An E-commerce Senior Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the online sales operations in KSA,UAE & GCC. Play a critical role in driving revenue growth, improving the customer experience, and maximizing online sales opportunities.


Main responsibilities:


1.             Implement the e-commerce strategy in alignment with the company's overall business goals. Identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to drive online sales growth.


2.             Penetrate new markets within the GCC to maximize online revenue & market penetrations


3.             Website performance: Oversee the e-commerce website, ensuring its functionality, user experience, and optimization. Collaborate with web development team to enhance the website's performance, navigation, and conversion rates.


4.             Product Management: Manage the product catalog on the e-commerce platform. Ensure accurate and comprehensive product listings, including product descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory availability. Optimize product sorting / categorization and search functionality to enhance the customer browsing and shopping experience.


5.             Performance Marketing: Folow up on performance marketing campaigns to drive traffic, increase online awareness, and generate online sales. Utilize various channels such as search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, email marketing, social media marketing, and affiliate programs to enhance online visibility and acquire customers.


6.             Conversion Rate Optimization: Analyze website performance metrics, customer behavior, and conversion rates. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize conversion rates, reduce cart abandonment, and enhance the overall sales funnel.


7.             Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, sales, customer acquisition costs, and customer lifetime value. Generate reports and provide insights to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.


8.             Customer Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience throughout the online shopping journey. Optimize the checkout process, streamline order fulfillment, and implement effective customer service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.


9.             E-commerce Tools and Technologies: Stay updated with the latest e-commerce tools, platforms, and technologies. Evaluate and implement new solutions that can enhance the e-commerce operations, improve efficiency, and drive sales growth.


Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce management for minimum 5 years, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing channels, and online sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools and e-commerce platforms (Google analytics, FB ads manager, Google Ad words,…)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
