Employment: Full Time
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement production processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
  • Monitor production activities and make adjustments as needed to meet production targets
  • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards
  • Identify and troubleshoot any issues or problems that may arise during production
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and resolve any production-related issues
  • Analyze data and make recommendations for improvements in production processes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and technologies to continuously improve production processes


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years in Fruits & Vegetables processing (Frozing Not Fresh).
  • Strong knowledge of production processes and techniques
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) software and Microsoft Office Suite
