*Jod Description :
1-Responding to and following up on customer messages, inquiries and calls through social media platforms. 
2-Following-up continously and providing customers with all available or new information. 


*Job requirements:1-Bachelor's degree.2- Practical experience of 1-2 years in the field of dealing with customers and sales.3- Good Knowledge in dealing with computer programs (MS) and social media platforms4- A good level of English. 5-Residence near to New cairo is preferable.6-Seriousness and commitment to work.*Working from the company’s headquarters in the First Settlement , New Cairo.*Working hours: daily from 10am to 6pm, Friday off.
