We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team and assist with the recruitment of technical engineers in the software domain. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our company's hiring needs. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, create job descriptions, and develop sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates. You will also screen candidates, conduct interviews, and facilitate the hiring process. Your ultimate goal will be to build a strong pipeline of candidates and fill open positions with qualified candidates who align with our company culture and values.
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and create job descriptions.
- Develop sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates, including posting job ads, networking, and using social media and job boards.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and collect feedback.
- Facilitate the hiring process by negotiating offers and preparing new hire paperwork.
- Build relationships with universities, industry associations, and other organizations to identify top talent.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports.
- Offering & contracting new hires.
- Supporting in on-boarding & off-boarding any employee & issue any needed documents related.
- Conducting exit interviews.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2 + years of experience in recruiting technical engineers in the software domain.Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques.Proven ability to identify, attract, and hire top talent.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.Fluent in English & Arabic.
