Inspects units that are ready to be delivered from the implementation team.

Reports to the project Manager with the inspection status for each unit separately.

Creates a snag list, and follow up with the Project Management department with a pre-set deadline.

Collects units’ keys from the Projects Management department so as to deliver the units to the clients

Coordinates with the CRM Team to set appointments with Clients to hand over their units.

Site visit with clients.

Receiving the modifications requests and handle with the site engineers.

Handling complaints& comments from the clients during and after finishing the process

Solving any issues that arise during the finishing process.

Assists the team in making all the needed documents in the handover process.

Revises with the financial department and legal department Follows up on client requests and modifications.

Handles any notification or comment from the clients during and after the finishing process.

Generates reports as requested.

Undertakes any other task / duty as requested.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in architecture engineering is a MUST

Demonstrates proficiency in AUTOCAD and Photoshop.

2-5 years of previous experience in the Property Delivery department

Exhibits excellent problem-solving skills.

Presents a professional and polished appearance.

Brings experience in direct customer interaction.

Possesses strong communication and presentation abilities.

Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
