We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions with a focus on payroll processing, personnel administration, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Management:
- Accurately process payroll on a monthly basis, ensuring timely and correct payments.
- Handle payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with tax regulations and labor laws.
Personnel Administration:
- Manage employee records, including contracts, personal files, and other HR documentation.
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies regarding employee documentation.
Employee Relations:
- Provide support to employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll inquiries.
- Assist in resolving employee issues and grievances in a professional manner.
- Conduct exit interviews and manage the offboarding process.
HR Reporting:
- Generate and analyze HR reports related to payroll, attendance, and employee records.
- Provide insights to management based on HR data and trends.
Compliance and Legal:
- Ensure all HR practices comply with local labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor law changes and HR best practices.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on payroll and personnel administration.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and labor laws.
