Scrum Master Lead

Employment: Full Time
  • Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective
  • Ensure that the team understands the goals and objectives of each Scrum event and follows the defined processes
  • Help the scrum and development teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework
  • Encourage a culture of continuous improvement through regular retrospectives
  • Collaborate with the team to implement improvements and track progress
  • Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity
  • Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure a well-maintained product backlog
  • Facilitate communication between the team and the Product Owner to ensure alignment on priorities
  • Advocate for and reinforce agile principles and values within the team and the organization


Requirements

  • B.Sc. of Computer science / Engineering
  • 8+ years of experience in software with a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master
  • Experience with Agile techniques
  • Strong communication skills
  • E-payment & banking working experience is a plus
