Head of Sales

The role of Head of Sales is to generate & develop sales opportunities within the business units for contracting, operation & maintenance service to achieve the company sales objectives & goals.


Accountabilities:

  • Conduct & develop sales analysis & seek opportunities within the different sales categories and channels.
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of products parts, functions & processes to assist to close sales to meet clients’ requirement & needs.
  • Prepare & develop technical presentation to promote the company’s products and services provided to potential customers.
  • Introducing & register the company as electro-contractor – operation & maintenance service provider for all sales channels, consultants and sales opportunities.
  • Discuss with clients/customers/engineers their system requirements and equipment needed.
  • Provide sales supports to company functions & collaborate with different department.
  • Generate high-quality sales leads, securing & renewing orders, negotiate prices, complete sales orders.
  • Ensure to maintain & build effective relations with all key customers and generate business opportunities.
  • Build strong collaborative relationship with other internal stakeholders.
  • Leverage knowledge of current company products portfolio of core/support business parties & economics to make decisions that result in positive financial outcomes.


Skills:

  • BSc of Electrical Engineering
  • 5-7 years of relative sales experience with technical/engineering background for (MV & LV, switchgear, transformers, UPS, motors, AC drives).
  • Previous Experience in Contracting Field
  • Financial system economic for decisions that results in positive financial outcomes.
  • Effectively establish & use formal and informal networks to accomplish business objectives.
  • Demonstrate positive leadership role, team involvement.
  • Communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills & customer service and sales skills.
