Electrical Sales Manager “Distribution "

  1. Selling and marketing Electrical  Product through distribution network further to ensure availability of  products in all geographical regions in Egypt.
  2. Establishing new relationships and maintaining existing relationships with Traders  and distributors
  3. Targeting new customers and business opportunities to increase company market share.
  4. Conducting marketing surveys and keeping up with competitors’ prices, sales strategies, product offerings and competitive Advantages.
  5. Leading, managing, coaching and training the sales team in retail Sector 
  6. Plans , follow up  weekly and Monthly  visits, activities , targets  For  Sales Team 
  7. Responsible for the implementation and execution of the Sales target for Sales Team , achieve the required  KPIs 
  8. Increasing market awareness for our current and future  product portfolio.
  9. Ensure availability of product stocks in warehouses before issue the purchase order.
  10. Conducting regular market visits to existing & prospective clients to make sales pitches and promote  our products 
  11. Participate in Forecast annual distribution sales.
  12. Submit presentation/ reports about sales data, marketing analysis, surveys management when required.

Developing periodical analytical reports regarding sales achievements


Years of experience: 7+ years of experience with Previous relevant experience with retail  sales with a similar product portfolio in electrical filed is a must  Education level: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electro-Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering Languages: English and Arabic Computer Skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook) Excellent selling skills and communication skills.Excellent Negotiations Skills.Excellent leadership skills Good English (writing & speaking).Personal commitment, flexibility and efficiency to work. Previous experience, good network and relationship with Electrical Retailer and Traders is a must.-Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs-Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity
