  • Preparation & organizing everything related to international exhibitions.
  • Arranging visits preparations “before and during the visit"
  • Sending documents via DHL.
  • Assisting with the implementation of work procedures.
  • Writing and logging each and every information in social media Group(S).
  • Assisting accounting department in writing expenses reports and letters preparations.
  • Assisting foreign employees and arranging transportation when needed.
  • Purchasing requests for office stationary.
  • Following up the office cleaning and required items.
  • Following up office equipment.

Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin AssistantKnowledge of office management systems and proceduresWorking knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machinesProficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize workAttention to detail and problem solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to multi-taskLiving in or close to New Cairo.
