The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand architecture, craft, and design thinking, with a proven track record of working on integrated efforts. A conceptual thinker who can bring your ideas to life in new and inspiring ways. 

  • Approach design problems conceptually, with a desire to be innovative
  • create compelling documentation of the Company’s understanding of the business, key competitors, or establishing an advantage, and future vision through a brand lens.
  • Collaborate with different disciplines across the company.
  • Create campaign ideas for case studies, pitches ,client presentations, and internal marketing. Participate in creative brainstorms.
  • Develop tactics that bring creative concepts to life and achieve program objectives.
  • Maintain cultural awareness of the design landscape concerning current and future trends.
  • Delivering brand and marketing projects that are both impactful and scalable 
  • Working cross-functionally with the team to shape the brand from initial brainstorming, concept, and execution, to experimentation and future iterations
  • establish brand guidelines and design principles 
  • Understand the technical and creative constraints of a project, making tradeoffs with partners
  • Participate in the full project lifecycle from ideation to handoff to launch
  • Lead as subject-matter expert guiding design best practices
  • Create sketches, storyboards, prototypes, and design specs necessary to guidethe development of product experiences
  • Determine opportunities, and develop concepts and treatments to bring ideas to life
  • Create brand systems, behaviors, and design solutions with a high level of craft Develop original breakthrough design thinking for a variety of marketing touch-points
  • Deliver projects that are engaging, accurate, and of the highest quality 
  • Build and maintain online brand style guides and asset portals
  • Design conceptual brand expressions that communicate brand intention and value
  • Create compelling visuals, such as illustrations, graphics, and animations, that align with our brand messaging and guidelines.
  • Ensure all designs are original and visually engaging, while also adhering to project goals and timelines.
  • Developing visual concepts and designs that align with a brand’s identity and meet the needs of clients and marketing teams
  • Creating artwork, such as logos, packaging, and promotional materials, using computer software or by hand
  • Presenting design concepts to clients and stakeholders for review and feedback
  • Participating in team meetings and providing input on design-related topics and projects
  • Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines, ensuring consistency across all materials.

 Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field +4 years of experience as a Brand Designer or in a similar role, Preferred in Marketing Agency.Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related fieldexperience in brand design and illustration, preferably in a fast-paced creative environmentProficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and SketchExperience working with partners to guide design strategy, vision, and executionstrategic thinker, with a “Know-How” on develop strong brand identities that serve business goals and resonate with users.Understand “digital.” You know how to translate traditional brand/graphic design into the digital realm seamlessly. Expert when it comes to color, type, and composition.Logo design, package design, editorial layout, marketing sites ,and marketing campaigns are just some of the deliverables you feel confident owning and getting excited about.Experience across the full palette of design expression: traditional, digital (including products), experiential, and ideas that drive earned mediaDetailed-oriented with a thinker/maker mindset Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional partners A passion for design and elevating brands through creative visual workStrong attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a team, with a willingness to receive feedback and collaborate on projectsStrong communication and collaboration skillsCreative problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the boxStrong time management skills and ability to meet deadlinesTrack record of creating compelling visual designs for marketing materials, packaging, and digital assets.Skill in designing logos, icons, and other brand elements that resonate with the target audience.Ability to maintain a cohesive brand presence in all creative outputs.
