An Office Manager is required for a company in Nasr City:
- Respond to incoming calls and Email from clients (Arabic and English)
- Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office/Excel/PowerPoint presentation
- Create client files and organize internal office files
- Control staff attendance and prepare monthly attendance sheet
- Prepare meetings
- Online research of suppliers
- Contact possible suppliers to get quotations
- Good negotiation skills with suppliers
- Prepare Purchase Orders to suppliers in coordination with Finance Department
- Good marketing and social media knowledge to run/update company’s profile on website/facebook/linkedin
