  • Conduct research to identify potential leads and prospects within target industries and segments.
  • Utilize various online tools and databases to generate lists of relevant contacts and companies.
  • Execute outbound lead generation campaigns via email, cold calling, social media, and other channels to initiate contact with potential customers.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria such as budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT).
  • Engage in meaningful conversations with prospects to understand their business challenges and position our solutions accordingly.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead qualification and conversion processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and activities in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Monitor and report on key metrics such as lead conversion rates, pipeline growth, and ROI from lead generation campaigns.
  • Continuously improve lead generation strategies and processes based on performance analysis and market trends.

Zero - 1 year experience Strong understanding of IT products and services, including software, hardware, cloud solutions, and IT infrastructure.Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects over the phone, email, and in-person.Proficiency in using CRM software and lead generation tools
