Job Responsibilities:
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the dynamic real estate market and be well-versed with the industry dynamics.
Provide expert guidance to the client regarding properties, prime locations and distinctive features based on the clients’ needs.
Thoroughly assess clients’ preferences and financial capabilities to tailor personalized recommendations.
Regularly track deal progress on the CRM platform .
Ensure adherence to all terms of purchase contracts, safeguarding the interests of all parties involved
Preserve ongoing communications with clients post-closing, continuing to share product insights with them
