عن الدور الوظيفي:
يتمثل دور قائد إدارة البيانات في الإشراف على تصميم وتطوير وصيانة تطبيقات الويب والهاتف المحمول القوية التي تدعم عملياتنا القائمة على البيانات. هذا المنصب مسؤول عن قيادة فريق من المطورين، وهندسة خدمات خلفية (backend) قابلة للتوسع، وضمان تدفق سلس للبيانات، ودفع عجلة التحسين المستمر لتلبية أهداف العملاء والأعمال على حد سواء.
المسؤوليات:
- قيادة وتوجيه فريق من المطورين في بناء وصيانة تطبيقات الويب والهاتف المحمول باستخدام React و Node.js و Python.
- هندسة والإشراف على تطوير خدمات الخلفية (backend) وواجهات برمجة التطبيقات (REST APIs) لدعم عمليات إدارة البيانات.
- تحديد وتنفيذ استراتيجيات قواعد البيانات مع ضمان التحكم المناسب في الإصدار ومعايير جودة الكود باستخدام Git.
- إدارة عمليات النشر وخطوط أنابيب CI/CD على منصة Google Cloud.
- قيادة مبادرات استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها وتصحيح الأخطاء والتحسين لضمان توافر وموثوقية التطبيقات بشكل عالٍ.
- التعاون مع الفرق متعددة الوظائف لمواءمة مبادرات إدارة البيانات مع استراتيجية العمل ومتطلبات العملاء.
متطلبات الخبرة:
- خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في تطوير البرمجيات المتكاملة (Full Stack Development)، مع عام أو عامين على الأقل في دور قيادي أو إشرافي.
- خبرة عملية قوية في استخدام React و Node.js و Python.
- خبرة مثبتة في تطوير تطبيقات الويب والهاتف المحمول، وخدمات الخلفية (backend)، وتصميم واجهات برمجة التطبيقات (REST API).
- خبرة في إدارة قواعد البيانات، ونمذجة البيانات، ومستودعات البيانات.
- فهم قوي لعمليات ETL/ELT وتطوير خطوط أنابيب البيانات.
- خبرة في Git، والتحكم في الإصدار، ومعايير جودة الكود.
- خبرة عملية في منصة Google Cloud (GCP)، ونشر التطبيقات، وخطوط أنابيب CI/CD.
- قدرة مثبتة على استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها، وتصحيح الأخطاء، وتحسين أداء التطبيقات.
- خبرة قيادية مثبتة في توجيه المطورين والإشراف على المشاريع التقنية.

About the Role:
The Lead Data Management's role is to oversee the design, development, and maintenance of robust web and mobile applications that support our data-driven operations. This position is responsible for leading a team of developers, architecting scalable backend services, ensuring seamless data flow, and driving continuous improvement to meet both client and business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of developers in building and maintaining web and mobile applications using React, Node.js, and Python.
- Architect and oversee the development of backend services and REST APIs to support data management processes.
- Define and implement database strategies while ensuring proper version control and code quality standards using Git.
- Manage deployment processes and CI/CD pipelines on Google Cloud Platform.
- Drive troubleshooting, debugging, and optimization initiatives to ensure high availability and reliability of applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data management initiatives with business strategy and client requirements.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Full Stack Development, with at least 1–2 years in a Senior or Lead role.
- Strong hands-on experience with React, Node.js, and Python.
- Proven experience in web and mobile application development, backend services, and REST API design.
- Experience with database management, data modeling, and data warehousing.
- Strong understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data pipeline development.
- Experience with Git, version control, and code quality standards.
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), application deployment, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in mentoring developers and overseeing technical projects.
