-تحليل التقارير الإحصائية والوظيفية لتحديد الرؤى الرئيسية لتحسين العمليات وتعزيز الكفاءة. التأكد من التحكم بشكل صحيح في سلف الموردين، ومراقبة الالتزامات المالية، وتسجيل السلف مقابل الأصول في الوقت المناسب. الإشراف على إدارة الأصول الثابتة لضمان التسجيل الدقيق والإهلاك والتسوية بما يتماشى مع سياسات الشركة والقوائم المالية.
Job description
The Assets Services Lead at Azadea Business Services is responsible for supervising accounting services and managing the activities of the accounting unit to ensure the delivery of a comprehensive and efficient end-to-end service to the group.
-Analyze statistical and functional reports to identify key insights for process improvement and efficiency enhancement. Ensure supplier advances are properly controlled, financial obligations are monitored, and advances against assets are recorded in a timely manner. Oversee fixed asset management to ensure accurate recording, depreciation, and reconciliation in line with company policies and financial statements.
