About the Job: Digital Marketing Specialist to join the team, contributing to managing and developing the platform's digital presence, producing visual content, and executing digital marketing campaigns that support growth and reach. Location: Cairo – Nasr City Responsibilities: Managing and following up on RAYED's digital platforms and official accounts. Preparing and executing digital marketing campaigns according to approved plans and objectives. Designing digital and advertising content for various platforms. Producing and developing designs for social media, ads, and marketing offers. Preparing visual content in alignment with the brand's visual identity. Monitoring campaign performance, analyzing results, and deriving required insights and improvements. Managing and scheduling content and following up on its publication across various platforms. Contributing to the development of creative ideas for campaigns, offers, and marketing initiatives. Coordinating with the field marketing team and other departments to achieve integration between digital and field activities. Keeping track of market trends, competitors, and the latest digital marketing methods. Monitoring digital performance indicators and submitting reports and recommendations to management. Contributing to improving reach, engagement, and converting digital activities into actual results. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing. Practical experience in content design using Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva or similar design tools. Good understanding of social media platforms and content management. Good knowledge of setting up and running digital ad campaigns. Ability to analyze key campaign performance indicators. Strong creative sense and attention to detail and visual identity. Ability to write simple and engaging marketing content is an advantage. Ability to work on multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in digital work tools and Microsoft Office.
