Quality Manager – Job Vacancy

An industrial company specialized in the manufacturing of household cookware is looking to hire:

Position: Quality Manager
Location: Beni Suef, Egypt
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Working Days: 6 days per week
Required Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in Quality, preferably in household cookware manufacturing or related engineering and metal industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the overall Quality Management System within the factory.

• Develop and implement quality plans and ensure compliance throughout all production stages.

• Ensure that products comply with approved specifications, quality standards, and customer requirements.

• Analyze the root causes of defects and production issues and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).

• Collaborate with the Production Manager and other departments to improve product quality and process efficiency.

• Prepare and review quality reports and KPIs and report them to senior management.

• Follow up on customer complaints, analyze their root causes, and implement actions to prevent recurrence.

• Train and raise employees’ awareness of quality requirements, inspection methods, and handling of non-conforming products.

• Ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and housekeeping procedures within production areas in coordination with the relevant departments.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; preferably Engineering, Science, Chemistry, Technology, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Quality, preferably within an industrial manufacturing environment.

• Good knowledge of Quality Management Systems and industrial quality standards.

• Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• ISO 9001 / Quality Management / Quality Tools courses or certifications are preferred
