Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned and strategic HR Manager to lead the human resources function at [ ARG], a growing real estate brokerage in Egypt. You will own the end-to-end employee lifecycle and build the workforce plans that keep pace with our expansion, with a strong focus on attracting, developing, and retaining high-performing sales talent. As a trusted advisor to the executive team, you will ensure our people strategy supports our sales targets and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals and sales performance targets.
- Build and own annual and quarterly hiring plans and workforce forecasts across sales, operations, and support teams, based on growth targets and attrition trends.
- Lead high-volume recruitment for sales agents, team leaders, and sales managers, including sourcing, assessment, and offer management.
- Design and run onboarding and training programs that ramp new brokers up quickly (product knowledge, sales process, CRM usage).
- Manage commission structures, incentive schemes, and compensation and benefits programs to keep them competitive and motivating.
- Implement performance appraisal systems tied to sales KPIs, with clear career paths from agent to management.
- Drive retention strategies and monitor HR metrics such as turnover, time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and agent productivity.
- Maintain compliance with Egyptian labor law and internal policies, including contracts, social insurance, and disciplinary procedures.
- Handle employee relations issues with diplomacy and sound judgment.
- Oversee HR operations: payroll, attendance, and personnel records.
- Strengthen employer branding and workplace culture through engagement activities and effective internal communication.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 to 8 years of HR experience, including at least 2 to 3 years in real estate brokerage or a similar sales-driven environment, with a proven track record in building hiring plans and managing high-volume recruitmen
- Proven experience building hiring plans and managing high-volume recruitment.
- Solid understanding of Egyptian labor law and local regulatory requirements.
- Experience in a management role with a focus on strategic planning.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms, ATS, and modern recruitment tools.
- Familiarity with commission-based compensation models is a strong advantage.
