• Supervise and follow up on execution of finishing works: plastering, tiling, painting, gypsum board, false ceilings, flooring, waterproofing, joinery, and aluminum/glass works.

• Read and implement architectural and shop drawings accurately on site.

• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, foremen, and labor to meet the project schedule.

• Monitor daily progress and prepare daily and weekly progress reports.

• Check the quality of materials and workmanship, and ensure compliance with specifications.

• Prepare quantities and measurements of executed works for progress billing.

• Coordinate with the technical office, QC, and MEP teams to resolve site issues and avoid clashes.

• Request inspections (IR) and follow up on consultant/client comments and snag lists until handover.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements on site.

• Manage material requests and follow up on deliveries to avoid delays.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.

• 3-5 years of site experience in finishing or fit-out projects.

• Strong knowledge of finishing materials, execution methods, and quality standards.

• Ability to read architectural drawings and shop drawings.

• Good knowledge of quantity measurement and progress billing.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

• Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Good technical English.
