IT Planet, a fast-growing IT solutions provider, is looking for a driven *Lead Generation Specialist* to join our Sales team and help fuel our growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.
*What You'll Do:*- Research and identify potential customers across different industries and market sectors- Identify key decision-makers and relevant contacts within target companies- Introduce and explain our products and services through cold calls and outbound communication- Generate qualified leads and create new business opportunities- Schedule qualified meetings and appointments for the Sales team- Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and coordinate closely with Sales- Track leads throughout the sales cycle and follow up on their progress- Ensure proper handover and progression of opportunities with the Sales team- Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead and opportunity records- Continuously identify new accounts and prospects to support company growth- Achieve agreed performance targets and KPIs
*What We're Looking For:*- 0–2 years of experience in Lead Generation, Business Development, Sales Development, or a similar role- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Outlook- Strong written communication — able to write professional business emails- Strong coordination and follow-up skills- Ability to multitask and manage multiple leads/follow-ups simultaneously- Strong organizational and time-management skills- Good research and data collection skills- Results-oriented, comfortable working toward targets
