Job Responsibilities:
* Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.* Understand customer needs and assist them in choosing suitable products.* Achieve assigned sales targets.* Maintain product knowledge and explain product features to customers.* Arrange and organize merchandise inside the store.* Follow up on product availability and stock.* Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.* Maintain cleanliness and overall appearance of the store.* Follow company policies and procedures.* Prepare and follow up on daily sales reports when required.
Job Requirements:
* Previous experience in retail sales is preferred.* Good communication and customer service skills.* Presentable appearance and professional attitude.* Ability to work in a team and under pressure.* Sales-oriented with the ability to achieve targets.* Basic knowledge of cashier and POS systems is preferred.* Flexibility to work shifts
