• Manage and ensure the efficient operation and availability of the fleet.

• Develop and monitor preventive and periodic maintenance plans.

• Follow up on breakdowns and repairs to minimize vehicle Downtime.

• Supervise drivers and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Monitor fuel consumption and analyze fuel efficiency.

• Manage spare parts requirements and maintenance inventory.

• Monitor fleet operating and maintenance costs and drive cost reduction.

• Ensure vehicle licenses, insurance, and inspections are valid and up to date.

• Ensure compliance with road safety, HSE, and company standards.

• Prepare regular reports on fleet performance, costs, breakdowns, and maintenance activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; preferably Mechanical Engineering or a graduate of a Military Technical College/Institute.

• 10 –12 years of experience in Fleet Management, Maintenance & Operations.

• Strong experience in the maintenance of vehicles, trucks, and equipment.

• Proven experience in driver management, fleet operations, and route planning.

• Ability to manage breakdowns and minimize vehicle Downtime.

• Good knowledge of monitoring and analyzing GPS, Fuel Consumption, and Maintenance Costs.

• Strong reporting and analytical skills, particularly in operating and maintenance cost analysis.
