• Develop and implement the annual procurement strategy and plan.

• Lead international procurement of PE/PP resins, CaCO₃, chemical additives, and packaging materials.

• Manage local purchasing for maintenance, HSE, factory, and office requirements.

• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, contracts, and delivery schedules with local and international suppliers.

• Monitor commodity prices and identify optimal purchasing opportunities.

• Manage supplier qualification, performance evaluation, and corrective actions.

• Ensure uninterrupted raw material supply while optimizing inventory and procurement costs.

• Manage the end-to-end PR-to-PO process through the ERP system.

• Prepare and monitor procurement budgets and cost-saving initiatives.

• Lead and develop the Purchasing team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or any related field.

• 6–10 years of progressive procurement experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.

• Proven experience in raw material procurement, preferably within plastics, polymer, masterbatch, petrochemical, or related industries.

• At least 2 years in a managerial/senior procurement position with team leadership experience.

• Strong experience with international suppliers and import purchasing.

• Knowledge of Incoterms 2020, LC procedures, MRP, supplier qualification, and ERP procurement processes.

• Strong negotiation, analytical, supplier management, and cost-control skills.

• Excellent English and Arabic communication skills.
