**Retail Sales Consultant – Mazalle Elite**
Mazalle Elite is looking for a confident, customer-focused **Retail Sales Consultant** to join our team at our New branch at Syria street, Roushdy, Alexandria.
**Responsibilities:**
* Welcome customers and provide a professional in-store experience.* Understand customer needs and recommend suitable perfumes and cosmetics.* Explain product features, differences, and available offers clearly.* Achieve individual and branch sales targets.* Upsell and cross-sell relevant products when appropriate.* Maintain product displays and ensure shelves are organized and presentable.* Support daily stock checks and basic inventory procedures.* Handle customer inquiries professionally and help build long-term customer relationships.* Follow Mazalle Elite’s service standards and store policies.
**Requirements:**
* Previous retail sales experience is preferred, especially in perfumes, cosmetics, beauty, fashion, or premium retail.* Strong communication and customer service skills.* Presentable, confident, and professional appearance.* Good sales and negotiation skills.* Ability to work as part of a team and achieve targets.* Basic computer and POS system skills are preferred.* Residents of Alexandria are preferred.
