We’re looking for a Marketing Lead with a focus on campaign planning, creative direction, and activations.

This role is established to provide dedicated ownership of the marketing function and ensure our campaigns are well-planned, integrated, and consistently executed, with strong ownership from planning through execution.

What you'll do:

Own the monthly marketing plan and campaign strategy Set the creative direction and messaging for integrated campaigns Manage marketing operations, product communications, and activation execution Own the activation strategy end-to-end Review campaigns and ensure creative quality and consistency




To succeed in this role, you'll need to have:

6+ years of marketing experience, both agency and in-house experience is highly preferred. Proven track record in owning integrated campaign strategy and creative direction. Hands-on experience in digital media buying and social media management/execution. Experience planning and executing events, activations, and workshops, ranging from small-scale initiatives to large-scale events. Experience in fintech, banking, or other regulated industries is preferred.
