Role Description The Property Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo. The person in this role will guide clients through the entire property search and purchase process, from understanding their requirements to presenting suitable residential and commercial options. Daily responsibilities include conducting property viewings, explaining pricing and financing options, providing investment insights, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and property listings. The Property Advisor will collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on available units, market trends, and promotional offers. The role also involves ongoing follow-up with clients, delivering high-quality customer service, and supporting the closure of sales in a professional and ethical manner. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, understand their needs, and build lasting relationships. Knowledge of Property Management and local real estate markets to advise on suitable residential and commercial options. Understanding of Investments and Finance to explain pricing, payment plans, and potential returns to clients. Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple client inquiries, and prioritize tasks effectively. Relevant experience in real estate sales, property advisory, or a closely related field is preferred. Comfort using CRM systems, property listing tools, and basic office software for documentation and follow-up. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related discipline is an advantage. Strong ethical standards, attention to detail, and a client-focused approach to service.
