A well-established and reputable construction company is looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the company’s strategic direction, operational performance, and sustainable growth.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement the company’s overall strategic plans and business objectives.
Provide strategic leadership and direction across all company functions.
Oversee the execution and delivery of major construction projects.
Ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
Drive business growth, expansion, and new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with major clients, consultants, partners, and key stakeholders.
Lead and develop the senior management team and ensure effective organizational performance.
Establish and monitor KPIs to achieve operational targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
Identify business risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Report the company’s performance, strategic initiatives, and key developments to the Board of Directors.
Requirements
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field from a Government/Public University is mandatory.
20+ years of relevant experience in the construction and contracting industry.
Proven experience in a senior executive position such as CEO, Managing Director, General Manager, or equivalent.
Strong proven track record in leading large-scale construction companies and major projects.
Extensive experience in Strategic Planning, Operations Management Business and Development
Strong knowledge of the Egyptian construction and contracting market.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Strong commercial and business acumen.
Excellent command of English.
Ability to lead large teams and manage complex business operations.
Strong strategic thinking with a results-oriented mindset.
