Job Description
Supervise the execution of MEP works according to Shop Drawings and specifications.
Monitor HVAC, Plumbing, & Fire Fighting works.
Review routes, levels, and coordination among all disciplines.
Review Shop Drawings & Coordination Drawings and resolve clashes on site.
Supervise installation works and tests and Testing & Commissioning.
Monitor contractors and ensure quality of execution and conformance to specifications.
Prepare and review mechanical execution drawings in accordance with approved designs and project specifications.
Incorporate consultant notes and issue updates to drawings.
Provide technical support and clarifications to site teams.
Ensure drawings comply with approved standards and codes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
6 to 8 years of experience in contracting.
Proven experience in preparing mechanical execution drawings.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, fire protection, and sanitary systems.
Proficiency in AutoCAD; preferably with experience in Revit MEP.
Proficiency in English.
