Flash cargo logistics is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team.
Job Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales, preferably in Shipping, Freight Forwarding, or Logistics.• Very good English communication skills (spoken & written).• Good computer skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Office.• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.• Ability to generate new leads and acquire new customers.• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.• Good understanding of shipping and logistics services is a plus.• Target-oriented with strong follow-up and time-management skills.• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and approach potential customers.• Generate new sales leads and develop business opportunities.• Understand clients’ shipping requirements and provide suitable solutions.• Prepare and follow up on quotations.• Negotiate with clients and close deals.• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.• Follow up on shipments and coordinate with the operations team when needed.• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
