Job Description:
Laser Cutting Machine Operator to join the production team, responsible for operating and monitoring the laser cutting machine to cut and deburr metal plates according to technical drawings and operating commands, ensuring dimensional accuracy and product quality.
Responsibilities:
- Receive drawings and operating commands and execute them according to instructions.
- Enter and operate cutting programs on the laser machine.
- Review and adjust cutting programs to suit material type and thickness.
- Operate the machine and perform cutting operations according to the operating card.
- Review measurements and permissible variances and ensure cutting quality.
- Handle cutting or program defects and inform the supervisor when needed.
- Achieve required production quantities and store finished products in their places.
- Monitor machine status continuously.
- Clean the laser machine before and after operation and monitor oil, air, gas, and lenses.
- Record daily production data and review reports with the supervisor.
- Fully comply with safety and occupational health procedures and wear personal protective equipment.
